Invitation to Tender No. 20/2025

Global Marine, Inland Transit and Air Freight Cargo Insurance

 

The Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO), invites eligible and suitably qualified Jordanian Insurance Companies to submit their offer for Global Marine, Inland Transit and Air Freight Cargo Insurance for two years starting November 1st, 2025 in accordance with the instructions and conditions described in the Tender Documents.

Interested Insurance Companies may purchase the Tender Documents from Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO) at the below mentioned address, starting                                    Mondy 08th, September 2025, within the office hours from 9:00 am till 3:00 pm and subject to the following:

  1. Only specialized Insurance companies that are licensed to carry out such insurance will be allowed to purchase the Tender Documents. Therefore, a valid copy of the Insurance company registration under the Jordanian Law shall be made available at the time of Purchase of the Tender Documents.
  2. Tender documents shall be purchased against nonrefundable payment of JOD 30.00 (Thirty Jordanian Dinar).
  3. Tenders shall be furnished with a Tender Security in the amount of JOD 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Jordanian Dinar) in a separate envelope, in the form of a bank guarantee that is certified by a local Jordanian bank. Tender security shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the Tender submission date. Tenders not accompanied with the required Security shall be rejected.
  4. A prospective Tenderer requiring any clarification of the Tender Documents may notify KEMAPCO in writing not later than Thursday 18th, September 2025.
  5. The offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes; the date for Tender submission is at 2:00 pm on Tuesday 30th, September 2025 at the Amman office of the Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO). Tender shall be valid for 90 days from the said Tender Submission date.
  6. Submitted Tender shall be fully responsive to the requirements set in the Tender Documents.  Any offer found to be nonresponsive shall be rejected.
  7. The Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. KEMAPCO holds no obligation to award the Tender to the lowest price and reserves its right to accept or reject any Tender fully or partially, and to annul the tendering process and reject all Tenders, at any time prior to awarding, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Tenderer or Tenderers or any obligation to express the grounds for Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. KEMAPCO’s action.
