KEMAPCO® Seawater Desalination Plant
KEMAPCO® is the first private Company in Jordan to establish a seawater desalination plant as it has the infrastructure to receive 3000 cubic meters per hour of the seawater to cool our production plant and return the same quantity and quality back to the sea. Instead of returning the Seawater KEMAPCO® desalinates part of it. Of the output of the desalinated water being at 4.5 million cubic meters annually of clean water, KEMAPCO® will make use of one million and the 3.5 million left will be provided to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation
