Invitation to Tender No. 23/2025

Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Training for New Belt Scale

 

 Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (Kemapco) wish to receive tenders for above mentioned subject for Kemapco’s at Site in Aqaba –Durra, in accordance to the specifications and conditions in the Tender Documents.

Interested candidates and specialist, Suppliers who wish to participate in this tender should be specialized in Supplying, installing, commissioning and training for Belt Scale, may purchase the Tender Documents from the Arab Fertilizers & Chemical Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO) offices at the following address: Aqaba site, Durra, Administration building, or Amman office, at a total cost of JD 30 nonrefundable,  starting from Sunday 5/10/2025 and subjected to the following:

  1. The site visit will be in Wednesday 15/10/2025 in coordination with Procurement Manager.
  2. The last date of receiving clarification and enquiries at the end of working day Sunday 19/10/2025.
  3. Tenders shall be furnished with a Tender Security in the amount of JD 2000 (Two Thousand Jordanian Dinars) in its separate envelope, in the form of a bank guarantee from a local Jordanian bank. Tender security shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the Tender submission date. Tenders not accompanied with the required Security shall be rejected.
  4. The offers shall be submitted in four sealed envelopes labeled with the Tender No. and contents of the envelope (As Per Tender Documents).
  5.  Kemapco holds no obligation to award the Tender to the lowest price and reserves its right to accept or reject any Tender, and to annul the tendering process and reject all Tenders, at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to express the grounds for Kemapco's action.

2025/23 دعوة لإعلان طرح عطاء رقم

 توريد وتركيب وتشغيل وتدريب لميزان على قشاط ناقل للحركة في موقع الشركة في العقبة.

 

 تعلن شركة صناعات الأسمدة والكيماويات العربية عن حاجتها لتوريد المادة أعلاه في موقع الشركة / العقبة –الدرة، وذلك حسب المواصفات والتعليمات الواردة في وثائق العطاء.

 

   تدعى الشركات ذات الاختصاص والراغبون بالاشتراك في هذا العطاء التي يجب ان تكون من الشركات المتخصصة بتوريد وتركيب وتشغيل وتدريب للموازين على الأقشطة الناقلة للحركة ، مراجعة مكاتب الشركة بالعقبة او عمان لشراء وثائق العطاء مع العلم أن ثمن النسخة 30 دينار أردني غير مستردة ومصطحبين معهم شهادة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول إعتبارا من يوم الأحد الموافق 5/10/2025، آخذين بعين الاعتبار ما يلي:

 

  1. زيارة الموقع سوف تكون يوم الاربعاء 15/10/2025 بالتنسيق مع مدير قطاع اللوازم.
  2. آخر موعد لقبول الاستفسارات هو نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الاحد الموافق 19/10/2025.
  3. تقدم كفالة الدخول بالعطاء بمقدار (2000) ألفين دينار أردني على شكل كفالة بنكية من أي بنك أردني، بمغلف منفصل سارية المفعول لمدة (90) يوما من تاريخ ايداع العروض، وأي عرض لا يحتوي على ذلك يعتبر مرفوضا.
  4.  تسلم العروض الى أي من مكاتب الشركة مغلقة ومختومة بأربعة مغلفات منفصلة (حسب ما هو مذكور في وثائق العطاء) وعليه اسم الشركة المتقدمة وعنوانها مع الاشارة الى رقم العطاء على المغلفات.
  5.   يحق لكيمابكو عدم الإلتزام بإحالة العطاء على أرخص الأسعار وكما يحق لها الغاء العطاء دون ابداء الاسباب وبدون ان يترتب عن هذا الالغاء اية مطالبة مالية او قانونية.
  6. آخر موعد لإستلام العروض الساعة الثانية من بعد ظهر يوم الاربعاء الموافق 5/11/2025 في مكاتب الشركة حسب العناوين التالية:
