Our Sales and Customer service  managers  are ready to assist for any further information. - Date: 1/2/2007 KEMAPCO; Now  Fully owned by  ARAB POTASH COMPANY      On February 1st 2007, Kemira has divested its 50% shareholding in Kemapco in favor of the Arab Potash Company (APC).  Kemapco becomes now fully owned by APC, who is one of the world leaders in the production of Potassium Chloride.   Financial and operational strength of Kemapco improve as a result of this transaction enabling it to continue its growth in the future. Kemapco's main target remains to grow the business and to maintain a leading position as a key supplier of Potassium Nitrate and Dicalcium Phosphate. A worldwide presence based on strong customer relationships is a key success factor to realize this.  Kemapco plant was constructed during (2000-2003) at a cost of 110 Million USD and  started production in 2003. The plant capacity is 150,000 tons of Potassium nitrate fertilizer grade and 75,000 tons of Dicalcium Phosphate (animal feed supplement). The plant is located in Aqaba and currently employs 225 persons
